Appointments & Cancellation

Your dental appointment is considered confirmed at the time of booking. We require a 48 hr notice prior to your appointment in case you are unable to attend the scheduled appointment or want to reschedule. If less than 48 hours notice is given to cancel an appointment or no notice is given at all and the patient does not show up, a cancellation fee of $50.00 will be charged. Exceptions will be made for illness or personal tragedy.


Payment & Insurance

At Dentistry on Wilsom, your North York dentist, we make sure that you receive the best dental care possible that fits your dental needs and your budget. We work with you to come up with a payment plan that’s convenient for you. Unless prior arrangements have been made, payment is due upon completion of treatment. We accept Cash, Interact, Mastercard or Visa.

We can bill your insurance company electronically for your dental care and we accept payment directly from your insurance company. Please note that not all services may be covered by your insurance carrier. Our North York dental office will do its best to assist you in understanding the details of your insurance plan; however, we are limited in the information we can access and it is ultimately the patient’s responsibility to understand their insurance.
